Thus, the iconic and timeless Kelly bag was born. In 1956, Grace Kelly, pregnant with her first child, Carolina, instinctively used the Hermès bag to hide her baby bump from paparazzi. The photos were published in Life, leading to the international success of the "Kelly" bag.
